Join the Complete Post Natal Plan, this is the brainchild of Charlie, a postpartum fitness expert & a the plan she followed after her 3 children.
The plan includes women's pelvic health physiotherapist and a pre and post natal nutritionist, pilates and yoga instructors who all take you though their expert classes week by week.
What classes are included in the plan?
Cardio, Strength, Pilates, Yoga - we have everything in this plan that is going to help you feel stronger, healthier & fitter as you work through the 12 week programme.

Cardio
Build your fitness up week by week with Charlie's cardio classes. With support on how to safely introduce impact back into your workouts. These classes will really get the endorphins going!

Strength
Build a stronger you & follow Charlie through a strength training programme covering upper and lower body workouts, week by week. Minimal equipment is needed

Pilates
Amanda Calland, provides the very best pilates classes to help you build your core strength back up, feel flexible & work on the overall strength needed in your body for motherhood.

Yoga
Whether you're new to yoga or an expert yogi, Stacey Epstein's classes are mentally and physically restorative -perfect to help you feel calmer during those challenging parenting days!

Pelvic Health
Clare Bourne is our expert physio she guides you through all the exercises and tips you need to ensure you can restore your pelvic floor post partum!

Post Natal Nutrition
Claire Hitchin - Registered Nutritionist and pregnancy specialist advises on changing nutrition needs during postpartum period and has some great breastfeeding nutrition tips.

Stretch
Charlie guides you through stretch sequences, which are perfect to compliment the workouts you will be doing and to lengthen and strengthen your muscles to support your training.

Advice
Charlie's on hand to answer all of your questions with handy advice videos, and you have access to advice from our members in our in-app community area.
