• Payment for all courses and plans must be completed before access to the content is permitted.
• No refunds are provided once the course is purchased unless in extreme circumstances. Bumps & Burpees reserves the right to look at exceptional refund circumstances on a case by case basis. Please email [email protected] with details of your purchase and reasons why a refund is required. 
• All subscriptions to 'The Club' run on a monthly basis. Payment will be taken on the same day of the month that you first signed up to 'The Club'. Cancellation of your membership can be done at any time before the next payment is due and no further payment will be taken from your account. Please go to your account profile in the right hand corner of your screen and follow instructions for cancellation.

• If you terminate your membership, your access to 'The Club' will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. You must ensure you cancel your membership before the date of your upcoming renewal. We do not offer refunds or credits for additional access for any unused subscription periods, change of mind, accidental purchases, medical reasons or any other reason unless required to do so by law. Our auto-renewable purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled by logging into the users account and cancelling. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees from time to time.
