You may feel pushed for time juggling your new baby with work and life in general, unable to leave your baby due to lack of childcare and the thought of getting back to the gym fills you with dread. There's so many reasons to not exercise, it's easy to make excuses.
We understand that it can be tricky and expensive. But regular exercise can make all the difference to your well-being, your mind as well as your body. So we have created THE CLUB, an online monthly fitness program for mums with babies and toddlers who need to have a flexible, safe and fun approach to exercising at home.
We have wide ranging classes to build strength and fitness, to improve mobility and help you relax when required led by fully qualified post natal trainers to ensure your workout is safe and appropriate. We choose our trainers carefully, sharing a common bond, which is passion and enthusiasm for women's fitness. We'd like to think we have great taste in music too, but you can judge that!
If your baby is 6 months or older and you've done your post natal rehabilitation then THE CLUB is for you.
The Club provides you with a safe space to challenge yourself and find new levels of fitness whilst being mindful of the changes that your body has recently been through. You don't have to do workouts you hate to get the results you love.
We offer you 6 different types of classes to choose from, dependent on how you are feeling on a particular day. No sleep the night before? - gentle yoga and a full body stretch may just help - full of beans and wanting to pump up the music - feel the burn and get a sweat on in a cardio or strength class. 12 new classes are added to the library every month so there's always something new. We provide you with a weekly plan to make things easy if you are just starting out.
All classes are on-demand and can be played as many times as you like. They are perfect for the home with minimal equipment required. Whether your baby is asleep or by your side the Club offers all the flexibility that you need. We also have an online community of mamas and do regular check in's with Charlie where you can ask her anything.
