We take you through each trimester with a week by week plan, providing a wide range of exercise classes to keep your body feeling strong and help empower you through the birth of your baby. There's plenty to choose from dependent on how you are feeling on a particular day, the exercise that feels right for you and your level of fitness.
All classes are follow along in real time, and range from cardio, lower and upper body workouts, yoga, pilates and stretch. We also have bonus content with knowledge bombs on subjects such as pelvic floor, nutrition and mental health along with an online community of women at the same stage of life as you.
Our follow-along strength and cardio workouts are led by Charlie – who has filmed the classes during every week of her pregnancy. Each class is labelled in week order and you will be mirroring her stage of pregnancy as you work through the plan.

If you are at the start of your pregnancy, you may decide that buying the entire plan is the right option for you.
Just because you're pregnant, it doesn't mean that you have to stop doing the things you love.
