I’m passionate about providing safe and effective training sessions for woman who are either pregnant, have just had their first baby or are still experiencing post-natal issues further along the line.

I understand each pregnancy, delivery and recovery is unique so I aim to facilitate your individual needs with exercises that work for you.

My workouts are tailored to your goal(s) and every exercise is chosen with your needs in mind so that you get the results your after. I believe that to get the results your after, the more support you receive, the more likely you are to succeed and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way – I look forward to working with you!
