I love training pre and postnatal women as I think it’s so important to make women feel safe and supported through a time of huge physical and emotional change. Helping pregnant women to prepare their bodies for labour and the demands of raising a child is so important, and ensuring they feel like they have a safe space to get back in touch with their bodies after birth and spend time on feeling like ‘themselves’ again is something I really value. I use a mixture of strength and conditioning with pilates style exercise in there too.
