I decided to specialise in training pre and natal women because I love helping and supporting them through their pregnancy and beyond.
Ensuring my strong mamas stay fit and healthy, is so important as it will aid both their birth and recovery. Connecting with my mums and mums to be on a personal basis is so important to me, talking about their excitement, their worries on all the things to come, hoping I can be an ear to listen. I also want my sessions to feel like the mums I train get some ‘me time’ they don’t often get once the baby arrives.
