I love training pre & post-natal women and giving them confidence and strength entering motherhood. This is both an incredibly exciting time but can also be nerve-racking, I want to motivate you and help you train safely so that the benefits are realised for you and your baby. My focus is on strength but the sessions are always varied and fun whether its a bit of boxing or a spicy finisher at the end! I love being able to work with women over this time, it is incredibly rewarding to see the changes both through pregnancy and beyond.
