Navigating the changes the body goes through in pregnancy is such an individual thing – we all experience it differently and face different challenges. I personally love coaching mums through the ‘not so straight forward’ pregnancies and recoveries, because all of mine were exactly that, far from textbook! I’ve since coached women with prolapse, PGP, pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis – and getting them to a point where they no longer fear movement, but enjoy it, is the best bit of the job!
