Pre and post natal clients are some of my favourite clients to train.
If there’s one thing you want to be fit and strong for its child birth and everything that comes after, so it’s a great goal to work towards.
It’s extremely rewarding seeing the difference it has made when you work with them post birth and the progressions you see when they come back in to training, not only physically but mentally.
And then there’s the added bonus of meeting the little cutie you’ve been watching grow inside mum’s tummy week after week!
