I think it’s amazing that a few years ago pre and post-natal personal training wasn’t really a thing, it’s so important in my eyes! I love training pre and post-natal women because it’s generally super relaxed, we work hard but also have fun at the same time and I know that my clients leave my sessions feeling great and full of endorphins. I wouldn’t say I specialised in anything but I am a triathlete so love training people who are up for the challenge whether that be just out starting strength training or generally getting stronger!
