Building strength or even maintaining fitness during pregnancy can be daunting to some, but the impact it has on your body and your mind is invaluable. I’m here to support you through a healthy pregnancy, and to build you back up safely from the core foundations once you’ve had your baby. Pregnancy and the Post-Partum period is a fabulous opportunity to feel empowered within yourself of everything you are capable of, and I love being here to support this journey.
