As a Mum of two, no marathon or goal I’ve achieved felt as rewarding as exercising through my pregnancies and my postnatal recovery. I feel strongly about women looking after their health as a priority, to be great mothers. I love working with women through their pre and postnatal journey. Supporting you and giving you the knowledge and confidence to modify but continue your fitness journey. So you feel empowered over your body through this transition and go through motherhood, strong and confident physically and mentally.
