I’m a pre and post-natal fitness coach with a BSC Hons Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. 
I’m passionate about wanting to help all women feel empowered when it comes to exercise!

Being a mum of two myself I’m especially invested in helping women in one of the most amazing times in their life- motherhood!

I train women to be strong and motherhood ready by focusing on pelvic and core strength and motherhood movement patterns.
