Katie’s weekly yoga classes aim to nurture your body and create clarity in your mind through a combination of deep stretches and energetic flows led by our greatest tool – the breath. Each week will be varied with new poses and sequences. The class aims to help you feel strong and focused through the physical and emotional changes that occur throughout pregnancy and post-natally. Katie is also pregnant and looking forward to sharing the wild journey with you all.
