It is so important that we keep our core switched on but not over worked in pregnancy and in the early stages of motherhood, and that is a hard balance to find so we combine upper body strength work with core and postural exercises to ensure that our bodies are able to stay strong while we go through all the changes that come our way during this time. 
 
 

What's Needed

An exercise mat or a clear bit of carpet, a set of light dumbbells useful but not essential, bottle of water
