Stacey’s weekly yoga classes aim to nurture your body and create clarity in your mind through a combination of deep stretches and energetic flows led by our greatest tool – the breath. Each week we will see gentle progression with new poses and sequences. The class aims to help you feel strong and focused through the physical and emotional changes that occur after birth. Stacey has recently had a baby and she is excited to share her post natal journey with you. 

What's Needed

An exercise mat or a clear bit of carpet, bottle of water
