Post Natal Upper Body

The first years of motherhood are all about lifting and carrying – from babies to car seats, pushing prams and picking up toys – we want our upper bodies to be strong and balanced whilst trying to alleviate stress through the back.  It is a hard balance to find but we will combine upper body strength work postural exercises to ensure that our bodies are able to stay strong through this important time. 
 
 

What's Needed

An exercise mat or a clear bit of carpet, a set of light dumbbells useful but not essential, bottle of water
