These short classes are perfect for those days when you want to reconnect to you but don’t have heaps of energy. Charlie will guide you through stretches in a safe and relaxing way, aimed at lengthening our muscles, calming our breathing down and moving in a way that leaves us feeling really good. The perfect way to begin your fitness journey post birth.
Nothing but a small clear space that you can sit and maybe lie down in. An exercise mat can be useful but not essential.
