Amanda’s weekly post natal pilates class will help you re-connect to your pelvic floor, reclaim and strengthen your abdominal muscles and release your back from the extra pressure that it has been under. Classes start gently and slowly build intensity, and are incredibly helpful to realign your body after child birth. They will really help speed up postnatal recovery process. It’ll also help relieve strain on your joints, reduce backache and prevent problems associated with pubis symphysis dysfunction. After the class you’ll feel energised, relaxed and more like ‘you’.
Amanda is trained as a level 3 Pilates instructor using the traditional Joseph Pilates method.
