Amy is an adult and pediatric dietician for the NHS, she has also recently had a baby. She will be guiding you through 12 weeks of short classes on how best to fuel yourself and your baby. It’s such an important time to care for yourself as well as your baby and Amy will guide you through the best way to do this from snacks and meal creation when caring for a new baby to supplements and fluid in-take. A font of information and a crucial part that is often forgotten during your post natal recovery.
