CLASS DETAIL

Amanda’s weekly pilates class will help to strengthen your abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles, which are very important for childbirth and will help to speed up the postnatal recovery process. It’ll also help relieve strain on your joints, reduce backache and prevent problems associated with pubis symphysis dysfunction.  After the class you’ll feel energised, relaxed and more like ‘you’. 
 
Amanda is trained as a level 3 Pilates instructor using the traditional Joseph Pilates method.
