Clare is a pelvic health physiotherapist with years and years of experience working with women during and after their pregnancies, she is also a Mum of two and has so much to offer us in this new phase in our lives.
She helps you navigate returning to exercise on the post natal plan. Acknowledging that no two people or births are the same, she helps guide you through some of the issues that you may be experiencing from pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis recti – abdominal muscle separation, prolapse or just a little bit of discomfort when you move. 
She will be helping you to reconnect to your pelvic floor and core and pave the way to a safe return to exercise.
