Not only our these the biggest muscles in our body, but they are some of the most important when it comes to keeping our body happy and moving well whilst growing and looking after a baby. Our lower body muscles help to support our back, our pelvis and our bump as well as keep us upright so in these classes we make sure to tackle all of the above and keep you feeling strong and happy.
