Just because you are pregnant or have just had a baby, it doesn’t mean you can’t sweat and get those endorphins flowing. These classes will work all of your muscles, and get that heart rate up whilst being totally and completely safe for you and your baby. It is important to keep our cardio fitness up as well as our strength so take it at your own pace and let’s keep fit together.
