Morning sickness and exhaustion creeps up on you meaning you have to cancel classes or PT sessions, not to mention childcare and children running circles around you at home making getting to a class near impossible. I have made sure that all the Bumps & Burpees classes will be available on demand so whether you missed the live or just prefer doing them at another time of day, the choice is always yours.
There are three different membership plans, according to your stage of motherhood. Each one provides a library of pre-recorded classes with specialist advice from pre and post natal experts to help you at those important moments. There is a live cardio class every Sunday where we all come together for a fun workout and remind ourselves how amazing our bodies are.
