Why become a member?

If you are newly pregnant or have recently given birth you will be feeling and seeing wide ranging changes in your body. Mobility, endurance and strength become more variable and exercising in the way that you are used to may not be as easy or so safe. But we don’t want that to stop you from enjoying exercise and doing what’s so good for you during this important stage of your life. 

Anxiety about what you should and shouldn’t be doing can stop women from training in the way that they enjoy. Morning sickness and exhaustion creeps up on you meaning you have to cancel classes or PT sessions, not to mention childcare and children running circles around you at home making getting to a class near impossible. These are some of the things I wanted to help you overcome with the online studio. I have made sure that all the Bumps & Burpees classes will be available on demand so whether you missed the live or just prefer doing them at another time of day, the choice is always yours.

There are three different membership plans, according to your stage of motherhood. Each one provides a library of pre-recorded classes with specialist advice from pre and post natal experts to help you at those important moments. There is a live cardio class every Sunday where we all come together for a fun workout and remind ourselves how amazing our bodies are. I hope to help you enjoy exercise through this special time and keep you feeling safe, strong and energised.


How it works

The ‘studio’ is an online platform hosted on Boon.TV. It provides a library of workout classes and advisory videos that you can access at anytime. Whether you are pregnant or post natal, there is a week by week set of classes for you to follow along. Guided by a team of experts in  fitness, pelvic health and nutrition, we help you navigate this changing time. And when you join you will be given access to our private facebook community to share your experiences and gain advice. Membership is a rolling monthly subscription that can be cancelled at anytime, no contracts and no tie in.

Pregnancy and motherhood can be unpredictable so we do not want you to be tied into a contract. You can cancel your monthly membership at anytime or just drop in for a class when you are able.
