This is a snippet from the original article on My 1st Years.
We all know how difficult it is to stay fit both before and after the baby arrives – so we’ve sat down with a trainer who specialises in keeping mums on their toes.
Tell us a little about yourself
My name is Charlie Launder, I was born and bred in London and after studying at Oxford Brookes university, I returned to London and haven’t left since.
What’s your background?
I grew up in the world of artistic gymnastics, still currently training and competing when I can. The sport is tough and taught me from a young age that hard work and sheer determination is essential. It also taught me a huge deal about the human body and what it can achieve.
I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years; when I began I quickly found myself in the pregnancy world, with nearly all of my initial client base getting pregnant around the same time! It escalated quickly as mums love to recommend to other mums and fast forward 5 years I am surrounded by bumps and babies 24/7.
